Types of Confidential Information
Labatt Better Together collects confidential donor information:
Donor information is personal information that identifies contributions and contact information of current, past and potential donors to the charity.
Donor Information
Labatt Better Together collects Donor Information for the following purposes:

- •to provide tax receipts and thank donors for their contributions;
- •to provide donors with information about Labatt Better Together activities and initiatives;
- •to build and cultivate relationships with donors through exchanges of information.

Limiting Collection, Use and Disclosure
The personal information collected will only be used and disclosed for the purposes for which it was collected, and will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the above noted purposes. When the information is no longer required for the above noted purposes, it will be destroyed in a secure manner.

Labatt Better Together will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we have collected is accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

This notice describes how Labatt Better Together collects, uses, shares, and secures the information that it collects from people who visit the Labatt Better Together publicly facing websites.
